Every one knows how important user interface design is. But often you miss out on focusing on it. Below is a quick rundown on practically thinking about UX.

This is how our Rails development team thinks sees it. Let us know your thoughts.

Wondering why a Ruby on Rails development team is so passionate about UX? We being Ruby developers, this is certainly not our forte, nor we try to sell it as as service. But we do realize how important it is and in order to make our clients succesful. Hence we are advocating for it.

  1. Design is so important, I believe in some respect its important has surpassed development. A site can look like ass but have amazing code on the backend, users won’t care. They are far more likely to use a site that looks (and feels) great but has terrible code on the backend. There are of course UX penalties for the poor backend code but I think my point is clear.

    1. I agree with you. UX is very important and it seems fair. However intelligent your application might be, if no one can use it easily, there is no point. Thanks for your comment Brian.
