NTT Research needed a careers experience that could represent deep research labs — Physics & Informatics, Cryptography & Information Security, and Medical & Health Informatics — while making it practical for candidates to find roles and apply.
We built the career portal in Ruby on Rails: searchable open positions across locations, applicant accounts, CV uploads, and content that introduces the researchers and mission behind the work — not just a generic jobs board.
